How to Find Translation Jobs in the Project Job Center

Find failed translation jobs, filter project job history, and export or archive follow-up records.

📊 Quick Guide

Where: Open a project, then go to its Job Center

Main uses: Filter translation jobs, inspect history details, export history, and manage retry or review records

Scope options: Script-only or project-wide

Exports: Jobs CSV and a full JSON history export are both available from the top filter panel

What the Job Center Covers

If you need to find a failed translation job, export job history, or audit retry activity, the Job Center is the right page. It shows recent translation jobs, retry or review groups, and the history tools you need for follow-up or reporting.

How to Open It

  1. Go to Dashboard → Projects
  2. Open the project you want to audit
  3. Open the project's Job Center from that workflow

If a script context is already known, the page can start scoped to that script.

Filters You Can Use

  • Script selector to focus on one script
  • Scope toggle for script-only or whole-project history
  • Status filter for queued, processing, completed, or failed jobs
  • Target language search to narrow by language code
  • Batch kind filter for retry or review groups

What You Can Do There

Translation Jobs

Review each job's status, updated time, script label, translated/skipped/failed counts, and extra details such as the job ID and fallback provider.

Batch Audit

Inspect retry or review batches, archive records you no longer want in the main list, and restore archived records later.

Export and History Actions

  • Export Jobs CSV uses the current filtered job view
  • Export Audit JSON gives you a fuller history snapshot
  • Load Older History shows more past records when available
  • Archive Filtered lets you clear the main retry/review list without deleting the records permanently
