Viewing Your Plan
Go to Dashboard → Membership & Billing to see your current plan, usage, and billing information.

Upgrading Your Plan
To upgrade:
- Go to Membership & Billing
- Click "Upgrade Plan"
- Select your desired tier
- Choose billing cycle (monthly or yearly)
- Enter payment information
- Confirm the upgrade
Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged the prorated difference if upgrading mid-cycle.
Managing Payment Methods
Add or update credit cards by clicking "Open Billing Portal" on the Membership page.
Viewing Invoices
Access your billing history and download invoices by clicking "Open Billing Portal" on the Membership page.
Canceling Subscription
To cancel your subscription, click "Open Billing Portal" on the Membership page and manage your cancellation through Stripe's secure customer portal. After canceling, you'll retain access until the end of your billing period, then automatically downgrade to Free.
If you've already scheduled a cancellation, you'll see a "Cancellation Scheduled" status with an option to "Resume auto-renew" if you change your mind.
Billing & Subscription Details
Upgrade Paths
- Free → Lite: Upgrade anytime. Immediate access to Lite features.
- Free → Pro: Upgrade anytime. Immediate access to Pro features.
- Lite Monthly → Pro Monthly: Upgrade anytime. Prorated charge for the difference.
- Lite Monthly → Pro Yearly: Upgrade anytime. Get yearly discount immediately.
- Pro Monthly → Pro Yearly: You must wait until the end of your current monthly billing period. The switch happens at the start of the next cycle.
Important: Downgrades are not supported. Once you upgrade to Pro, you cannot switch back to Lite. You can only cancel Pro and return to Free.
Refunds
We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund:
- Send an email to [email protected]
- Include your account email and reason for the refund
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the charge
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
Note: If you've used significant AI credits or deployed shows during the billing period, your refund request may be partially denied or prorated.
Credit Reset Schedule
Your weekly free credits reset every Monday at 00:00 UTC.
Free Credits (Weekly Allowance)
- Lite: 600 credits/week
- Pro: 3,000 credits/week
- Reset time: Monday 00:00 UTC
- Unused free credits do not roll over — they reset to the full weekly amount
Buying Additional Credits
If you run out of AI credits before the weekly reset:
- Go to Dashboard → Membership & Billing
- Click "Buy Credits"
- Packages available: 200 or 1,200 credits
- Purchased credits never expire and roll over week to week
- Usage order: Free credits are used first, then purchased credits
Tip: If you consistently run out of credits, upgrading to a higher plan is more cost-effective than buying credits repeatedly.
Billing Cycle
- Monthly plans: Billed every 30 days from the subscription date
- Yearly plans: Billed annually with 17% discount
- Subscription automatically renews unless canceled
- Failed payments: 3 retry attempts over 7 days before suspension
