Creating Your Account
Step 1 – Go to the Registration Page
Navigate to the SurtitleLive homepage and click the "Sign Up" button in the top-right corner.
Or go directly to surtitlelive.com/auth/register.
Step 2 – Complete the Registration Form
Fill in all required fields in the registration form:
Account Details
- Email address (required)
- Referral Code (optional – enter if you have a referral code)
- Password (minimum 8 characters with uppercase, lowercase, number, and not a common password)
- Confirm Password
Profile & Location
- Full Name (required)
- Language Preference – Choose your preferred interface language
- Country (required)
- City (required)
Organization
- Organization Name (required)
- Job Title (required)
- Use Case – Select your primary use case (e.g., Live Surtitling)
- Size – Organization size (Solo, Small Team, Midsize, Enterprise)
Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then click "Create Account" to complete registration.
Step 3 – Verify Your Email
Check your email for a verification link. Click it to activate your account. You'll be automatically redirected to the dashboard after verification.
Forgot Your Password?
If you forget your password:
- Go to the Sign In page
- Click "Forgot Password?"
- Enter your registered email address
- Click "Send Reset Link"
- Check your email for the password reset link (valid for 24 hours)
- Click the link and enter your new password
Note: The reset link expires after 24 hours. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or ensure you're using the correct email address.
