Managing Your Projects

Viewing Your Projects

The Projects Dashboard shows all your projects in a grid. Each project card displays:

  • Project name and description
  • Status (Draft, Active, Archived)
  • Last updated date
  • Associated scripts (if any)

Project Actions

Click on a project card to open it, or click the three-dot menu (⋮) for more options:

Access project options from the three-dot menu
  • Open: Go to project detail
  • Edit: Modify project name/description
  • Archive/Unarchive: Change project status (only one option shown depending on current status)
  • Delete: Permanently remove (requires confirmation)

How to Archive and Unarchive

Archiving a Project

  1. Go to your Projects Dashboard
  2. Find the project you want to archive
  3. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) on the project card
  4. Select "Archive" (only shown if project is Active)
  5. Confirm the action

Important: Archived projects don't count toward your Active Project limit, freeing up space for new active projects. However, they do count toward your Archived Project limit.

Unarchiving a Project

  1. Go to your Projects Dashboard
  2. Find the archived project (filter by "Archived" status if needed)
  3. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) on the project card
  4. Select "Unarchive" (only shown if project is Archived)
  5. Confirm the action

Limit Scenarios

Active Projects Full, Want to Archive

You can archive an active project to free up an active slot. The archived project will then count toward your Archived Project limit.

Archived Projects Full

If your Archived Project limit is reached, you must delete an archived project or upgrade your plan before archiving another.

Want to Unarchive but Active Full

You must archive or delete an existing active project first to make room, or upgrade your plan for more active projects.

Archiving vs Deleting

Archive

Hides project from active list but keeps all data. Counts toward Archived Project limit (separate from Active). Can be unarchived anytime.

Delete

Permanently removes project and all associated scripts. This action cannot be undone.
