Understanding Error Messages

When something goes wrong, you'll see an error message. Here's what common errors mean and how to fix them:

Project & Script Errors

"Project limit exceeded"

You've reached your Active Project limit. Archive or delete existing projects, or upgrade your plan.

"Archived project limit reached"

You've reached your Archived Project limit. Delete archived projects or upgrade your plan.

"Unsupported file type"

Upload .docx, .doc, .odt, .txt, or .rtf files only. Convert your file to one of these formats.

"File too large"

Maximum file size is 10MB. Split large scripts into smaller files or compress images if embedded.

"Analysis failed" / "Analysis timeout"

Language & Translation Errors

"Language limit reached"

Your plan supports limited languages. Free: Source + 1, Lite: Source + 2, Pro: Unlimited.

"Insufficient credits"

Not enough AI credits for translation. Wait for weekly reset or upgrade your plan.

"Translation failed"

"Cannot deploy on Free tier"

Live deployment requires Lite or Pro subscription. Upgrade to deploy shows.

"Deployment limit reached"

Lite: 1 concurrent deployment, Pro: 10 concurrent deployments. End existing deployments first.
