What This Page Is For

Logs & Diagnostics is the broader troubleshooting workspace for your account. Unlike the Project Job Center, which focuses on project translation history, this page collects multiple diagnostic views in one place so you can investigate activity across your workspace.

The Four Main Tabs

Activity

Review recent events with filters for time range, severity, event type, and free-text search over messages or event details.

Processing Jobs

See processing jobs across your account, including updated time, status, script label, progress, and reported errors.

AI Usage

Inspect total AI usage, prompt/completion split, call counts, daily totals, and model usage for the selected range.

Audit Trail

Check recorded actions with time, severity, project context, and expandable details for troubleshooting or compliance follow-up.

Useful Investigation Patterns

  • Use Activity first when you only know that "something happened" but not which area of the app it touched
  • Use Processing Jobs when you want status or error context for background work outside a single project page
  • Use AI Usage when you need to understand sudden AI-usage spikes, model usage, or recent AI volume
  • Use Audit Trail when you need a more formal record of actions rather than raw event flow
