Editor Quick Start

Learn the essential Editor controls in 5 minutes.

Opening the Editor

  1. Upload and analyze your script first
  2. Click "Open Editor" from the project page
  3. The Editor loads with your script in a table format

Top Toolbar Essentials

Left Side

Language dropdown: Select which language column you're editing

Center Area

  • Manage Languages: Add or remove subtitle languages
  • AI Translate: Auto-translate your script
  • Undo/Redo: Reverse recent changes

Right Side

  • Download: Export to Excel or PowerPoint
  • Simulation: Preview how subtitles will look
  • Save: Save all your changes

Adding Languages

  1. Click "Manage Languages" button
  2. Select a language from the dropdown
  3. Click "Add"
  4. New language column appears in the table

Editing Text

  1. Click any cell in the table to edit
  2. Type your translation or changes
  3. Click outside the cell to finish editing

Note: Changes are saved automatically. The Save button saves all pending changes immediately.

AI Translation

  1. Click the purple "AI Translate" button
  2. Select source and target languages
  3. (Optional) Add a style prompt for better results
  4. Click "Translate"
  5. Wait 3-5 minutes for completion

Next Steps

  • Click "Simulation" to preview your subtitles
  • Test different languages and timing
  • When ready, click "Looks Good! Finalize and Push" to deploy
