Creating a New Project
Step 1 – Start Creating a Project
From the Projects Dashboard:
- Click the "+" card or "New Project" button
- The Create Project dialog will open
Step 2 – Enter Project Details
Fill in the project information:
- Name: Required, 1-200 characters
- Description: Optional, max 1000 characters
- Status: Draft, Active, or Archived
- Draft: Still working on it
- Active: Ready for use (counts toward Active Project limit)
- Archived: No longer active (counts toward Archived Project limit, separate from Active)
Click "Create Project" to proceed.
Project Limits (Active + Archived)
Each plan has separate limits for Active and Archived projects:
Active Projects
- Free: 1 active project
- Lite: 1 active project
- Pro: 10 active projects
Active projects are those you're currently working on or have deployed.
Archived Projects (Separate from Active)
- Free: 0 archived projects
- Lite: 5 archived projects
- Pro: 30 archived projects
Archived projects don't count toward your Active Project limit, but they have their own separate limit.
What happens when limits are reached?
- Active Projects full: You must archive an existing project or upgrade your plan before creating a new one.
- Archived Projects full: You must delete an archived project or upgrade your plan before archiving another.
- Free tier limitation: Free users cannot archive projects (0 limit), so you must delete old projects to create new ones.
