Where: Dashboard → Credits, Membership & Billing

Who: Tenant owners only

Membership Refunds: Instant wizard (if within 14 days of purchase or 48 hours of renewal)

Credit Refunds: Select "Unused paid credits" to submit a manual review request (followed up within one week / 7 days)

Tip: Scroll to the bottom of the Membership page to find the Refund Request card.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guaranteefor all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied within 14 days of your first purchase, you can request a full refund instantly from your dashboard.

  • Within 14 days of first subscription
  • Full refund
  • One per account (lifetime)

Renewal Safety Valve

  • Within 48 hours of automatic renewal
  • For accidental renewals
  • Once per 12 months

How to Request a Refund

1. Navigate to Membership

Click "Credits, Membership & Billing" in the left panel (owners only). Or go to /dashboard/membership.

2. Open Refund Dialog

Include your account email and detailed description of the issue. We're here to help!

💡 A Note on Disputed Charges

If you have any questions or concerns about a charge, please contact us directly before reaching out to your bank or credit card company.Bank disputes (chargebacks) can take weeks to resolve and often result in permanent account suspension. By contacting us first, we can process your eligible refund much faster and save you from the frustrating bank dispute process.

3. Complete the Process

  • If eligible: Complete the 5-step wizard for instant refund
  • Warning Confirmation: Review the consequences — subscription cancellation, tier downgrade, removal of tier-included weekly credits (your purchased paid credits remain safe), and deployment stops

What Happens

After refund:

  • Subscription cancelled immediately
  • Downgraded to Free Tier
  • All remaining tier-included weekly credits are cleared (your paid credits are safe and remain on your account)
  • All deployments stop

Cannot be undone. Re-subscribe anytime.

Credit Purchases

Note: You cannot have more than one refund request in progress at a time. While tier-included weekly credits are non-refundable, your unused paid credits can be reviewed separately for a refund.
