Inviting Team Members
Team Management (Pro Only)
Team management is available exclusively on Pro tier. Free and Lite users work individually.
Sending Invitations
To invite a team member:
- Go to Dashboard → Team Management
- Click "Invite Member"
- Enter their email address
- Select their role (Viewer, Editor, or Manager)
- Click "Send Invitation"

How Invitations Work
When you send an invitation:
- An email is sent to the invitee with a unique invitation link
- They click the link to accept the invitation
- If they don't have an account, they'll be prompted to create one first
- Once accepted, they can access your organization's projects based on their assigned role
Invitation Limits
- Team Size: Up to 6 members total (including Owner)
- Daily Invites: Limited number per day
- Expiration: Invitations expire after a set period
Managing Pending Invitations
View all pending invitations on the Team Management page. You can resend or revoke invitations before they are accepted.
