Inviting Team Members

Team Management (Pro Only)

Team management is available exclusively on Pro tier. Free and Lite users work individually.

Sending Invitations

To invite a team member:

  1. Go to Dashboard → Team Management
  2. Click "Invite Member"
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select their role (Viewer, Editor, or Manager)
  5. Click "Send Invitation"

Note: Only Owners can invite Managers.

How Invitations Work

When you send an invitation:

  1. An email is sent to the invitee with a unique invitation link
  2. They click the link to accept the invitation
  3. If they don't have an account, they'll be prompted to create one first
  4. Once accepted, they can access your organization's projects based on their assigned role

Invitation Limits

  • Team Size: Up to 6 members total (including Owner)
  • Daily Invites: Limited number per day
  • Expiration: Invitations expire after a set period

Managing Pending Invitations

View all pending invitations on the Team Management page. You can resend or revoke invitations before they are accepted.
