通过从 Excel 还原（测试），从原始 DOCX 文件或 SurtitleLive 生成的 XLSX 备份还原；不支持通用 XLSX/PPTX 导入。
请将原始 Word .docx 文件保留为主要来源。从 Excel 还原（测试）是受控还原路径，不是通用电子表格导入器。

还原需要什么
- 只使用从 SurtitleLive 导出的 XLSX 文件。
- 保持工作簿结构不变。
- 不要依赖旧的行 ID。还原会创建新的行 ID。
如果从源 DOCX 重新构建
- 使用
上传 Word 剧本上传原始 .docx 文件。 - 重新运行分析。
- 在编辑器中检查草稿。
- 重新添加仍然需要的翻译工作。
最佳做法
- 保留原始 DOCX。
- 在重大更改前导出新的备份。
- 用日期或里程碑清楚命名备份。

Why can't I import a general XLSX or PPTX file back into SurtitleLive?+
General XLSX and PPTX import is not supported. However, SurtitleLive-generated .xlsx backup files can be tested and restored through the Excel Restore (Test) gate on the project upload page. Only use .xlsx files exported from SurtitleLive — do not use arbitrary spreadsheets.
What is the safest file to keep for recovery?+
Keep your original .docx source document. That is the best starting point for re-running analysis and rebuilding the project from scratch if needed.
