Pre-show checklist

Confirm the show, displays, cue controls, phone connection, and recovery path before doors open.

Pre-show checklist (one page)

Start from the show card: select Open Live Console, enter the show’s ASM password, and select Unlock ASM. Then check each item before doors open. If a status is unconfirmed, keep the system in a safe state; do not assume another status succeeded.

  • □ The correct show is deployed. You have the ASM password, account sign-in method, and support contact.
  • □ Pockitle Cue for Mac is open and signed in. The correct show is synced and Ready; name and version are correct.
  • □ ASM unlocked the show. If offline operation may be needed, local credentials and expiry are confirmed.
  • □ Screen count, A/B/C languages, unified or per-screen settings, and display assignments are correct.
  • □ Every required output is open. Projection, font size, position, longest cue, and safe area are checked.
  • □ A Viewer test phone displays the correct language. Phone Connected and cloud sync are checked separately.
  • □ You know the keyboard shortcuts. For QLab, the correct workspace has been refreshed and cue status checked.
  • □ QLab Automation permission and license are confirmed. QLab follow or manual operation has been rehearsed.
  • □ You know the difference between Blackout, Intermission, End Show, Reactivate, and Back to shows.
  • □ You can continue local projection manually, reopen an output, restore the network, and provide the support code.

Check these three things during the show

Is the caption on the projection? Are phones connected and actually displaying it? Has the cloud confirmed the action? Check each state separately.
