Configure the Show, Languages, and Credits

Audience URL comes first. Use 6–20 letters or numbers; until it is saved, treat it as a requested address. Once created, it stays with that Show.
Set the reusable Show name, one spoken language, up to three translated outputs, and expected duration.
Choose whether to save the timestamped transcript CSV; raw audio is never retained.
Review the estimate and tick the confirmation before Save configuration. This saves the setup only; it does not open the microphone or start live captioning.

Select exactly one spoken language. It is included as a caption language automatically. You may then add up to three translated caption languages.

Review the selected languages before Stage Input. To change them, return to Prepare before starting the Performance.

Stage Input appears only immediately before the Live Console.
Only Test input asks for microphone permission.
The input test runs for eight seconds, then the microphone stops automatically.
Test with normal speech; after denial, no signal, device removal, device change, or reload, test again.
No credits are reserved and live captioning does not start until the input test passes and you select Start listening.
Credits are based on active listening minutes multiplied by caption outputs, not Viewer count.
The spoken language counts as one output; each selected translation adds one output.
Pause time is excluded from active listening usage.
