5.4 观众如何通过 viewer 链接或 QR 码加入
分享 Viewer 链接或 QR 码，并了解观众如何进入实时字幕流程。
适用于：通过浏览器加入的观众手机。
重要边界：这与投影模式分开，仍然需要正常的云端连接。
分享观众链接
使用 Deployment Cockpit 中的观众链接。
- 在 Deployment Cockpit 中打开
观众与操作员链接。 - 使用该卡片中的
Viewer（观众）。 - 复制链接、打开链接，或在前台服务材料中使用
二维码。
观众会看到什么
- Viewer 会在普通移动浏览器中打开。
- 观众选择一个已启用的语言。
- 观众同意
观众协议。 - 观众点击 Start 进入实时 Viewer。
浏览器全屏与工具栏检查
全屏和浏览器工具栏行为会因设备和浏览器而不同。前台服务应在开场前使用现场预计会用到的真实手机测试。
- iPhone / iOS：建议使用 Safari。横屏时，Safari 是最接近预期观众 Viewer 体验的浏览器。
- 如果 Safari 工具栏仍占用空间，点击页面菜单（aA / Page Menu），如有 Hide Toolbar 选项则使用；也可以在 Viewer 中轻微上下滚动，让 Safari 收起浏览器界面。
- iOS Chrome / iOS Firefox：不要把它们作为此流程的全屏路径，也不要预期它们有相同的 Safari 工具栏控制。
- Android：建议使用 Chrome。如 Viewer 显示全屏按钮，点击即可进入全屏。
- 如果某台设备表现不同，请使用已在该手机上测试成功的方向、字体大小和亮度。
前台服务提示
- 将二维码放在观众能在演出开始前扫码的位置。
- 告诉观众链接会在浏览器中打开。不需要安装应用。
- 提醒用户将手机调为静音，并降低屏幕亮度。
- 如果 Viewer 断开连接，第一项检查是刷新浏览器。
- 如果场馆互联网中断，手机不会因为投影仍在运行就继续收到字幕。
投影是独立的
不要把观众手机视图当作主投影画面。
- 观众手机使用浏览器 Viewer，并且仍通过云端传送。
- 场内可见输出应使用投影模式。

How do audience members join the show on their phones?+
Open the Viewer Link or scan the QR code, choose a language, accept the Viewer Agreement, and press Start.
What do viewers see first when they open the link?+
They see the viewer entry screen, choose a language, accept the Viewer Agreement, and press Start.
If projection is still working, will phones still work too?+
Not necessarily. Audience phones still depend on normal cloud delivery. Projection continuity does not mean mobile viewers will keep receiving subtitles when venue internet fails.
