Email a few details about your organisation, production and plans for captions.

Receive your code
If your application is approved, we’ll send one code. It is valid for 90 days from issue.

Choose your seven days
Redeem when you’re ready. Your seven consecutive days of Lite access start immediately.

Share the credit
After the performance, send a link or photo showing the acknowledgement.

Can we use it for our performances?
Yes. Within your seven days, use Lite however your production needs it: preparation, rehearsals and live performances.
What does Lite include?
Lite’s standard features, credit allowance and usage limits apply.

No. The seven-day window runs continuously and cannot be paused, so choose your redemption date around the rehearsals and performances you want to cover.
What happens when the seven days end?
Access does not renew automatically. This programme currently supports one participation per organisation.
Do we need to send our script to apply?
No script upload is needed to apply. A short email about your organisation and production is enough.
Do we have to write a review or testimonial?
We do not ask for a positive review. Advertising, testimonials and case studies require separate permission.
Is on-site support included?
Support covers self-serve software access and existing support channels; on-site operation is not included.
